Nurture your Baby!

This course covers everything you need to get off to the best start possible so you can experience a sweet, nurturing, satisfying & rewarding breastfeeding relationship with your newborn!

Empower your Baby & Nurture their Nature!

  • Based on a neurobehavioral approach, you will learn to breastfeed in a relaxed, laid-back position that enables your baby to be actively involved, allowing them to activate & use their innate feeding behaviors from the moment they are born. Not only does this makes breastfeeding SO MUCH EASIER & MORE COMFORTABLE but is super healthy for your baby’s body and brain - it’s what nature intended all along!!

Avoid Common Challenges!

  • The techniques taught can prevent nipple pain, boost your milk supply & ensure easier latching for your baby!

After completing the program, you will know:

  • Breastfeeding doesn’t have to be painful & how to prevent or treat any discomfort.

  • The 40-day blueprint to maximize milk production & help you meet your long-term goals, including returning to work.

  • How to relax safely while breastfeeding so you don’t have to choose between getting your rest & feeding your baby.

  • How to prepare your home environment for safety & convenience.

  • When you may need to get help & where to find it.

  • The most common reasons breastfeeding derails & how to prevent these obstacles.
